Saturdays and holidays: 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sundays: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICE CLOSED (check-in will be self-check-in; we will send you access instructions). Reception is only open on Sundays from June 1st to September 30th.

Outside of reception hours, we have boxes for leaving roomapartment keys. Guests must contact the property to confirm their arrival after closing time and to receive check-in instructions.

We provide daily room cleaning, except on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, when only the common areas are cleaned.
In apartments, cleaning is weekly for stays longer than 7 days.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note thatSpecial Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
